One of the oldest pantheons, the Egyptian pantheon houses hundreds of gods over the hundreds of years it was founded
The most well known of these gods come from The Ennead - a group of 9 deities - who were the most popular in myth retellings.
Perhaps the most popular story surrounds Horus and his journey to becoming King of Egypt, battling his uncle Set after the death of his father Osiris, the King of the Dead.
This belief stemmed around the principle "Ma'at" - a belief of living life in universal balance and harmony.
